Our mission is to create capacity at any given level and provide access to cheap financing opportunities, especially for marginalised populations such as rural women, through professional, reliable and trusted microloan services that assist small scale farmers, and non-profit organizations in achieving their goals of producing food with no stress.
Our major aim is to provide our customers with substantial microloans at reasonable prices and rates, while also keeping our customers informed and active throughout the process. Our vision is to build loan services brand which will become the lead choice for individuals, smaller businesses and corporate clients not just in Zambia but also beyond.
Consultancy and Training
We build capacity in individuals, teams, companies, NGOs and communities by developing advocacy activities that empower and strengthen ownership of actions and choices at different levels. We facilitate growth at various stages of team building through workshops that are participatory and extensive wealth creation nuggets retreats. Within the framework of our models, we establish, recommend, evaluate and monitor the sustainability of key areas of performance in a given establishment.
